Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Customs Duties

  • Shipping Rates: The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. As we are unable to predict the exact amount, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may contact our customer service team to modify or cancel your order, as long as it has not yet been marked as “Shipped”. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. In this case, you may choose to refuse delivery upon arrival or initiate a return after receiving the package.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the real-time status of your shipment on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier’s official website.

5. Return Shipping Policy

6. Special Circumstances & Delays

Please understand that during peak sales periods (such as holiday promotions) or in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, customs inspections, etc.), shipping times may be subject to delays. While we will make every effort to coordinate and resolve any issues promptly, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding in these situations.
